Custom Branded Headphones for Your Company

Custom branded headphones are among the few corporate gifts people use daily: on the train, during a video call, or at the gym. The branding is almost always on the charging case, which is the flat and visible surface. We produce from 25 units, and you'll see the design applied before approval.

Wireless headphones with a charging case customised with a company's logo

The Logo Goes on the Case, Not the Earbud

In TWS (true wireless) earbuds, the earbud itself is just over 20 mm and curved all over: there's no space for a readable brand. The useful surface is the lid of the charging case, a flat area of about 30 × 20 mm in capsule models. With this space, a horizontal one-colour logo reads well; a logo with gradients, shadows, or small tagline text does not. That's why we always request the file in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI) and adapt the brand version to that size before production, rather than stretching the logo to fill the lid.

The rest of the decisions are technical and should be made at the start: case finish (soft-touch plastic, recycled plastic, aluminium, or bamboo), base colour, and whether the marking is pad printing, UV digital printing, or laser engraving. Each combination changes the result and the price. If you're organising a broader corporate merchandising campaign, it's logical to fix that reduced version of the logo first and reuse it across the entire batch.

What Can Be Customised

  • The lid of the charging case: logo in one or more colours, or laser engraving if the finish is aluminium or bamboo. It's the area visible when someone opens the headphones in a meeting.
  • The base colour of the case within the model's range (black, white, and grey are usually in stock); corporate colours outside the range require custom manufacturing and are considered from several hundred units.
  • The interior of the case or the back, for a short message, the person's name, or the campaign year.
  • The packaging: printed outer box, band with your brand, or the Pekata box with label and card, useful if the headphones are part of a corporate welcome pack.
  • The set: each person chooses colour or model on the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, and there's no need to request anyone's address by email.

How It's Done

  • Design and Preview. You send us the logo in vector format (SVG, PDF, or AI); if you only have a PNG, we vectorise it. We choose the model, case colour, and marking technique, and you see the customised product on screen before approving anything.
  • Production and branding. The assembled unit is branded: pad printing or UV digital printing on plastic, laser engraving on aluminium and bamboo. We produce from 25 units, so you can order 12 or 1,200; the price decreases with volume.
  • Delivery. To the office, event venue, or each person's home, across Europe, with an estimated timeframe of three to five weeks from design approval. Each employee provides their address on the portal, HR doesn't collect data, and you receive a single invoice with a breakdown of benefits in kind if needed.

When They Work and What to Pair Them With

Headphones fit well in three scenarios. During onboarding, as part of the welcome pack, because someone will have video calls on their first day. In hybrid or remote teams, where they are part of the real work kit and not just a symbolic gesture; here they sit alongside other gifts for remote employees. And as an internal reward or recognition, where a noise-cancelling model costing €28 to €55 per unit carries more weight than a token gift.

At trade shows and conferences, they are usually the high-end gift reserved for qualified leads, not for the entrance table: mass distribution is covered with items costing €1 to €2 per unit, like a promotional pen, and headphones are given after a demo or a closed meeting, along with other event, trade show, and conference merchandise. If you're putting together a complete kit, they pair well with a customised company backpack costing €35 to €70 and a thermal bottle costing €12 to €25, all in the same box and with the same logo version.

Frequently asked questions

How much do customised headphones with a logo cost?

Wired headphones with a 3.5 mm jack cost €3-7 per unit. Basic TWS wireless ones with a charging case range from €12 to €25, and those with active noise cancellation rise to €28-55. Bluetooth headband headphones range from €25 to €50. These are indicative prices per unit, with the logo applied and excluding VAT, and they improve with volume.

What is the minimum order for headphones with my company's logo?

The minimum order is 25 units: we produce from 25 units, so you can order 10 headphones for a small team or 800 for the entire staff. What changes with quantity is the unit price, as the cost of preparing the branding is spread over more pieces; in batches of several hundred units, this difference is noticeable in the final price. For very small orders, it's advisable to choose a model with single-colour branding, which carries the lowest fixed cost.

How long does a customised headphone order take?

The estimated timeframe is three to five weeks from preview approval, including branding, quality control, and transport. If delivery is to each person's home, add the days it takes them to confirm their address on the portal. Also, note that they contain lithium batteries: transport is almost always by road, which adds days outside the peninsula. We confirm the actual date once we finalise the model and quantity.

What branding technique is used on headphones?

On plastic cases, pad printing is used for one or two-colour logos, and UV digital printing when the logo has multiple colours or a gradient. On aluminium and bamboo, laser engraving is used, which leaves the logo in the material's tone and doesn't wear off with use. The usable area is the case lid, around 30 × 20 mm on capsule-type models, so the logo must work small and in a single colour.

Can each employee choose the colour or model?

Yes. Each person logs into the Pekata portal, available in seven languages, and chooses the colour or model from the options you've made available, as well as providing their delivery address. HR doesn't need to collect preferences or addresses by email. You receive a single invoice at the end, with a breakdown of benefits in kind if your company needs it.
