Service Conditions

  • From 25 Units This is the minimum order per campaign; above this, the unit price improves with volume.
  • Each Person Chooses Each employee logs into the portal, in their language, and selects their gift, size, and colour.
  • On-Demand Production Only what's ordered is produced. There's no stock to buy in advance or leftovers to store.
  • Delivery Across Europe To the office or each employee's home, with tracking for HR.
  • Single Invoice For your company, regardless of the number of destinations. It can be issued by a Special Employment Centre, allowing the purchase to count as an alternative measure under the LGD (formerly LISMI), with prior administrative authorisation.

Logo gifts people show off

A branded corporate gift is any item from the catalogue with your brand applied: embroidered, printed, engraved or stamped according to the material. Unlike a catalogue of personalised corporate gifts, which starts with dozens of identical mugs or single-size T-shirts, here production starts from 25 units, only what each person has chosen. Your logo appears on the box sleeve, in the invitation email, and on the selection portal, as well as on the products inside. Each person chooses what they receive and in what size or colour, so your brand ends up on something used, not stored away.

The process is short. You send us the logo in vector format, we decide together which products are included in the campaign and where the brand is applied, we send you design proofs and open the portal. Each person makes their choice, we produce their gift with your logo and deliver it to the office or their home. It's equally suitable for the corporate welcome pack for new hires, promotional gifts for clients, and corporate event gifts. One single invoice at the end, even if each person receives theirs at a different address.

Guidance only: the final technique depends on the product, logo, and base colour. We confirm it in the design proof.

How many colours your logo can have and from how many units

Screen printing uses flat colours and is charged per ink: each colour is a screen and a pass, so a one or two-colour logo is cheaper than a four-colour one. If it includes gradients, photos, or very fine details, digital transfer (DTF) on textiles or digital printing on plastic and metal is the way to go, offering full colour in a single application. Embroidery isn't measured in inks but in threads and works best with simple shapes. Laser engraving doesn't use inks: it removes material, leaving the logo in the tone of the base material.

The minimum order is 25 units per reference; from there, the technique determines when each run is cost-effective. For short runs, it's wise to choose markings that don't incur preparation costs per colour — digital transfer, textile vinyl, sublimation, or laser engraving — and reserve screen printing for when the volume spreads the cost of the screens. That's why a single campaign often combines several techniques: the embroidered sweatshirt, the screen-printed fabric bag, and the engraved bottle all come from the same portal and are on the same invoice.

Screen-printed bags, mugs, backpacks, and bottles: what each material involves

  • Screen-printed bags: where screen printing performs best. On fabric bags made of cotton, from one to four flat colours; on paper bags, up to three flat colours, and digital when the design includes photos or gradients.
  • Screen-printed mugs: in ceramic and stoneware, transfer and ceramic screen printing are kiln-fired with the glaze, making the marking dishwasher safe. This is what personalised mugs have; on reusable plastic cups, screen printing from one to four colours or 360° digital printing when the logo includes gradients.
  • Screen-printed backpacks: for a laptop backpack, we prefer embroidery or woven labels, which last as long as the backpack. Screen printing is reserved for drawstring backpacks and smooth fabric bags, where it adheres well.
  • Screen-printed bottles: works on plastic, and that's how we mark sports bottles and shakers, with UV-cured inks. For steel, we prefer laser engraving: on flasks and thermal bottles, ink wears off with washing, but laser does not.
  • Screen-printed T-shirts and sweatshirts: flat colours on T-shirts and sweatshirts, and digital transfer when the logo includes gradients. On polo shirts and caps, embroidery.
  • Small items with logos: laser engraving on metal, wood, and bamboo, and pad printing or single-colour printing on plastic. These are used on pens, keyrings, USB drives, and power banks.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum volume for white label?

For logo products, 25 units per reference. The printed sleeve and the portal with your brand have no separate minimum. The fully customised printed box requires a larger volume, which we confirm based on the design.

Can you faithfully reproduce our corporate identity?

Yes. We work with your brand files (vector logo, corporate colours and fonts where applicable) and send you design proofs before producing anything. If you only have a high-resolution PNG, we vectorise it and show you the result before applying it.

Does personalisation extend the timelines?

A little. Applying the logo, approving proofs, and producing per unit requires more time than a non-personalised campaign. If you have a target date, let us know and we'll plan backwards from there.

How much do personalised corporate gifts with a logo cost?

It depends on the product and technique: an embroidered sweatshirt doesn't cost the same as a single-colour pen. We provide an indicative price per unit with the logo already applied, and the entire campaign is invoiced in one go.

Can each employee choose their size or colour?

Yes. Each person logs into the portal with your brand and selects size, colour, or model before production. This way, you avoid buying a box of T-shirts in a size no one wants, and the logo gift is tailored to each individual.

How many colours can the logo be printed in?

In screen printing, from one to four flat colours, and the number of colours affects the price, as each colour is prepared and applied separately. For gradients or photographs, we switch techniques: digital transfer on textiles and digital printing on plastic and metal, both in full colour. Embroidery uses threads, and laser engraving marks the material itself, so there are no inks to count there.

Can you print on bags, mugs, backpacks, or bottles?

Yes, when the material requires it. Fabric bags are the clearest example. In ceramics and stoneware, transfer and ceramic screen printing are kiln-fired with the glaze, making the marking dishwasher-safe. For laptop backpacks, we recommend embroidery or woven labels for durability, and for steel bottles, laser engraving, as ink wears off with washing. In the proposal, we'll specify the technique for each item, and you'll see it in the design proof before production.

What is the minimum order for logo gifts?

From 25 units, with no change in process: we produce each piece after each person selects on the portal, so a campaign of thirty units and one of two thousand end up on the same invoice. What changes with volume is the unit price and the most cost-effective technique: for short runs, digital transfer, sublimation, or laser engraving are better as they don't incur colour preparation costs; screen printing is worthwhile when there are enough units to spread the screen costs.
